Simo Nuutinen

Simo Nuutinen is currently the Head of Global S&OP at KONE, a prominent leader in the elevator and escalator industry since January 2023, focused on enhancing urban life through innovative building solutions. Prior to this role, Simo was the Director of Global Supply Chain at Kemira, overseeing the Global Supply Chain Operations team from November 2016 to January 2023. Simo also held various positions at Microsoft, including WW Mobile Devices Lead and Head of Customer Availability, where responsibilities included managing operations for Surface, Xbox, Phones, and Accessories. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at Nokia, where Simo managed phone availability operations and customer logistics, along with consultancy positions at Logica/WM data and Stonesoft. Simo graduated with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from LUT University in 2000.
