Sofia Eriksson is currently the Head of Communications for KONE Europe, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Marketing and Communications Director for KONE Scandinavia. Sofia has extensive experience at Ericsson, where they held various roles, including Head of Marketing and Communications for Managed Services and Internal Communications Manager. They also engaged in consulting during a brief tenure at Playground Consulting AB in 2019. They completed the Leading Within New Realities program at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in 2015 and pursued studies in Humanities at Uppsala University from 1994 to 1997.
