Sudarson Lukas

Sudarson Lukas has extensive experience in the field of human resources and business management, currently serving as Branch Head and Business Head for the Nashik Branch at KONE since August 2007. Responsibilities include overseeing Profit and Loss management across nine districts in Maharashtra, focusing on safety, quality, business growth, financial management, and stakeholder governance. Sudarson has held multiple roles within KONE, such as Head HR for the Western Region and Major Projects, managing over 1,200 employees, and previously led HR functions in various regional capacities. Prior experience as a Senior Consultant at Prime Career Consultants involved supporting staffing needs across diverse sectors. Sudarson holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social Work, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Madras, and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Loyola College.
