Susan V. is a seasoned Human Resources Leader with extensive experience in transformation, strategy, and operational excellence. They have held significant roles at major organizations including Oracle as HR Director for APJ, Microsoft as HR Lead for Asia New Markets, and Qantas as General Manager of People. Currently, Susan serves as VP of People & Communications for KONE in the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. They also previously led global People Operations at CBRE, overseeing employee services for 130,000 staff across over 100 countries. Additionally, Susan is pursuing a GCCM in Change Management at AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
