Ying Jacobson

Ying Jacobson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global modernization and business development within the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Global Modernization Offering Deployment at KONE since September 2021, Ying has successfully led the renewal of deployment approaches and developed tools that enhance operational efficiency. Previous roles at KONE include Global Offering Deployment Manager and Global Offering Development Manager, where achievements include significant improvements in deployment models and exceptional satisfaction rates from stakeholders. Prior to KONE, Ying held positions at Danfoss Leanheat Building, focusing on business development in China, and at Red Orchid Consulting, among others. Ying holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics and has also completed studies at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and César Ritz Colleges Switzerland.
