Deniz Isik

Deniz Isik is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and lean management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Global Lean Manager at Konecranes since July 2021, Deniz spearheads strategic process improvements and coaches senior executives in lean leadership. Prior roles include Center of Excellence Manager at E.ON Inhouse Consulting GmbH, Senior Practitioner at Milliken Performance Solutions, and Continuous Improvement Regional Leader for EMEA at Eaton. Deniz has notably contributed to global lean operations at BSH Home Appliances, managing teams and executing successful projects worldwide. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering and Informatics from Bilkent University and Middle East Technical University, respectively, along with specialized training from Aalto University Executive Education.
