Paul Dutmer

Paul Dutmer currently serves as Product Owner and Head of Software Teams NL at Konecranes since April 2023. Previously, Paul held roles at TBA Group from April 2017 to April 2023 as Head of Software Teams NL and Functional Expert. Paul's extensive experience includes working at Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO) from July 2009 to April 2017 as Technisch Architect, where responsibilities included solution and software architecture, and Team Leader, overseeing a 35-member team managing DUO's application landscape. Early roles include various software development positions at Ordina Finance Solutions, Postkantoren BV, Politie-ICT, and KPN, alongside participation in key projects such as the 3G introduction at T-Mobile. Paul holds a master's degree in molecular toxicology from Utrecht University and is currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering at the University of Amsterdam.
