Subodh Vaidya

Subodh Vaidya has extensive experience in HR, with roles at companies such as Konecranes, Force Motors Ltd., Gujarat Gas Company Limited, and SKF India Limited. In their current role at Konecranes, Subodh serves as the Director HR for People Technology & Analytics, where Subodh is responsible for developing HR solutions, driving digital initiatives, and facilitating global process harmonization. Prior to this, Subodh held positions such as Director HR for Global Functions, Global Learning and Development Manager, and Senior Manager - Talent Management. Subodh holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, as well as a PGDHRM and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
