Jorge Del Río

Jorge del Río has a diverse work experience across multiple companies and roles. Jorge started their career as a Technician at Teleconnect in 1993 and then moved on to become the Managing Director at VOICEWARE. Afterward, they served as the CEO of Nubeum before founding their own company called imelius. Jorge also worked as a Partner at Letus.do and as a Vocal - Innovation at AEERC. Later on, they joined BBVA, where they held various roles in Channels Architecture & Technologies and Contact Center. In 2015, they co-founded innovan.do, a platform that provides specialized content for professionals in the Spanish-speaking community. Currently, Jorge is working at Konecta as the CIO and Technological Solutions Director.

Jorge del Río completed the PDG program at IESE Business School from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they graduated as an Ingeniero Técnico en Telecomunicaciones from Universidad de Alcalá from 1992 to 1997.
