Daniel Reyes

Daniel Reyes has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Daniel is currently serving as the Business Technology Director at Konfío since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Citibanamex for several years in various roles. From 2019 to 2020, they were the SME Manager for the Lomas and Santa Fé areas, where they effectively managed a team of 13 account executives and achieved outstanding results in the sale of investment funds and insurance. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the SME Manager for Naucalpan, where they exceeded market goals in credit placement and implemented a customer information management panel to enhance productivity. In their earlier roles at Citibanamex, Daniel managed account executives in Izcalli, Tlaneplanta, and Atizapan, leading low performers to achieve 100% performance and winning a national competition. As a Regional Advisor, they directed a commercial strategy for the SME segment nationwide and designed a financial needs detector model for improved financial advice. Daniel began their career as a Teller in 2001 and later worked as a Market Advisor.

Daniel Reyes completed a Master's degree in Human Behavior and Leadership from Universidad Banamex in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 1998-2002.
