Eugenio Fonseca León

Eugenio Fonseca León has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the customer service and operations field. From 1996 to 2010, they worked at American Express, starting as a Director and eventually becoming Vice President of Operations, where they led a team responsible for customer service strategy and engagement. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at BBVA Bancomer, first as Director of Operations for the Customer Care Center and Telemarketing, managing inbound and outbound contact centers, and then as Director of Operations for the Customer Care Center, overseeing customer operations across all contact channels. Their most recent role was at Uber, where they served as the Head of Community Operations LATAM, responsible for providing excellent customer support and onboarding experiences across multiple countries and cities in the region. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at Konfío.

Eugenio Fonseca León holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Marketing from Universidad de las Américas, A.C., which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad La Salle, A.C., from 1993 to 1998.
