Francisco Padilla

Francisco Padilla has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Francisco started their career as an Information Technology Intern at the US EPA in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for the development of the Water Quality Management System.

After that, Francisco joined MicroStrategy in 2007 and worked as a Technical Support Specialist, Consultant, and Specialist Consultant. Francisco worked in various roles within the company until September 2013.

In 2013, they co-founded Konfío, where they held multiple positions including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, Secretary of the Board of Directors, and Board Member. In these roles, they played a crucial role in advancing the company's goals, with a heavy focus on technology and data, while keeping the customer at the center of the experience and strategy. Francisco's tenure at Konfío is ongoing.

Francisco Padilla completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2002 to 2007. In 2006, they also participated in the Business and Information Technology Program at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars. Additionally, Padilla obtained the Kaszek Innovation and Leadership Program certification from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2023.
