Carlos Cardini has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2015, they served as Research Coordinator for Participando por México A.C., where they developed datasets and reports to process public information on citizenship participation mechanisms. In 2016, they held two positions: Business Development Manager for Grupo Lefic and Research Assistant for the Center for Economic Research and Teaching. In 2018, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst and was promoted to Senior Business Analyst in the same year. In 2017, they co-founded Konfront, a fast-growing start-up that enables the frictionless adoption of technology, and in 2022 they co-founded Balam.
Carlos Cardini began their educational journey in 2012 by attending Edron Academy, where they earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma. From 2014 to 2018, they attended Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas A.C., where they earned a degree in Politics and International Relations with a focus on Political Science and Government. During this time, they also attended the University of Warsaw from 2016 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Economy. Currently, they are attending London Business School, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration.
