Roman Ortiz

Roman Ortiz has worked in various roles since 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they were the Field Service Delivery Manager at CompuCom. In 2018, they moved to TELEMATICA LEFIC as Gerente de productos, and to XCAPE as Coordinador Operativo. In 2021, they joined Konfront as Business Development Manager, and in 2022 they began working as Delivery Manager for DIGIU Digital, Meister Solutions, and Medikus. In each of these roles, they have been responsible for creating real business impact from digital initiatives, offering digital products focused on AGILE methodologies, and delivering results to clients within budget, timeline, resource, quality, and risk constraints.

Roman Ortiz completed a degree in Mercadotecnia at Universidad del Valle de M\u00e9xico from 2008 to 2010. Prior to this, they studied Psicolog\u00eda at Faculdade Metropolitana de Minas Gerais from 2006 to 2007. In addition, Roman has obtained various certifications, including EC0217 \u201cImpartici\u00f3n de cursos de formaci\u00f3n del capital humano de manera presencial grupal\u201d from CONOCER in June 2019, Coaching Ontol\u00f3gico from Coach Life Mexico in January 2018, and ITIL V3 Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2016.
