Chinemerem Nwugo is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Manager of Supply Chain Process Optimization, Training & Data Analytics at Konga Group since February 2018. With a focus on data analysis and process improvement, Chinemerem achieved a 30% time savings using Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics365, while training over 75 team members and aligning them on key performance indicators. Previous roles include Lead in Supply Chain Operations and support in B2B Operations and Corporate Sales at Konga Group, as well as customer service positions at Yudala Limited and Jumia Nigeria. Chinemerem holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Lagos, a BSc in Applied Microbiology from Veritas University Abuja, and is currently pursuing a certification in Cyber Security from Cisco Networking Academy.
