Anna Szalacha

Anna Szalacha is a Quality Management System Engineer at Kongsberg Automotive since March 2024, previously serving as a Supplier Quality Engineer. Anna has extensive experience in the quality and process engineering fields, having worked as a Process Engineer R&D at FREYR Battery from August 2023 to February 2024, and as a Raw Material Quality Junior Engineer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from April 2018 to December 2022. Responsibilities included developing technological documentation, supervising raw materials laboratories, coordinating technological trials, issuing complaints, and participating in internal audits following IATF16949 standards. Earlier roles included Junior Process Engineer and Process Monitor at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and traineeships at Narodowe Centrum Promieniowania Synchrotronowego Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego and Envi-Chem. Anna holds a Master's degree in Chemical Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology from AGH University of Krakow.
