Oda Ellingsen

Oda Ellingsen is an accomplished technology change leader with extensive experience in various management and advisory roles. Currently serving as Director of Technology Change and Program Director for the MIT Industrial Liaison Program at KONGSBERG, Oda also holds positions on multiple committees, including the Innovation & Commercialization Committee at SFI AutoShip and the SNK 512 Innovation Management Committee at Standard Norge og Standard Online. Previous roles include Research Advisor and IP Manager at Kongsberg Maritime, and IP Manager and Industrial PhD Candidate at Rolls-Royce. Oda's academic credentials include a PhD in Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, alongside master's and bachelor's degrees in Industrial Economics and Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Oda has a hands-on background in CNC operations from an earlier tenure at Rolls-Royce.
