Rune Bruun Evensen

Rune Bruun Evensen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Chief Enterprise Architect at KONGSBERG since December 2021, where responsibilities include IT Strategy and Development. Previously, from May 2017 to November 2021, Rune held the position of IT Direktør/VP and Head of IT at AFRY Group Norway AS, contributing to the management team and overseeing Digitalization, Business IT, and IT Operations in Norway. From July 2008 to April 2017, Rune worked at BAMA Gruppen AS as Head of Portfolio Management, handling application portfolio strategies, project portfolio management, service level management, vendor management, and master data management, and also served as Program Manager for new IT portfolio implementations. Rune started a career at Accenture, holding the title of Senior Manager in Enterprise Architecture from June 1998 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include a degree from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (NIH), obtained between 1991 and 1995.
