Turid Rustand Olsen

Turid Rustand Olsen has extensive experience in line management within KONGSBERG, serving as Avdelingsleder since January 2016, overseeing Systems Engineering. Previously, Turid held the position of Gruppeleder, managing the Integration, Test, and Verification Department. Prior to these roles, Turid was the Manager for the System & ILS Department, focusing on work processes, resource competency, and budget management from October 2004 to February 2013. Turid's earlier positions at KONGSBERG included Department Manager for Hardware Engineering, Contract Administrator, and Department Manager in Laboratory Services, contributing to a diverse background in engineering and management since starting at KONGSBERG in June 1978. Academically, Turid holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Handelshøyskolen BI and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution, alongside foundational studies at the University of Agder.
