Jaclyn Barlow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in federal real estate management and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Federal Real Estate Programs at Koniag Government Services since December 2020, Jaclyn oversees the capture and delivery of Federal Real Estate, Construction, and Facilities O&M contracts, while also leading the KGS Overseas Performance Center. Previously, as a Federal Real Estate Portfolio Leader and Program Manager, Jaclyn led a team of subject matter experts in supporting the FBI's real estate portfolio, handling projects from inception through to construction. Prior roles include significant contributions at the U.S. Department of State in managing housing programs and creating space management plans, along with experience as a self-employed contractor and founder of a real estate company. Jaclyn holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree from Oberlin College.
