Lakia Michelle Floyd M.ed

Lakia Michelle Floyd, M.Ed, is a seasoned financial analyst and entrepreneur with extensive experience in financial management and consulting. Currently serving as a Financial Analyst at Koniag Government Services since June 2022, Lakia also founded and leads Perfect Order Financial Management, LLC, a taxation and bookkeeping firm established in November 2014. Prior to these roles, Lakia worked as a Financial Analyst at Advanced Concepts and Technologies International from May 2018 to June 2022, and held managerial positions at Linden Resources, Inc. from 2013 to May 2018. Moreover, Lakia gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant in Business Analytics and Optimization at IBM from 2006 to 2013. Lakia holds a Master’s degree in Human Development and Education from The George Washington University and a degree in Human Services and Counseling from Old Dominion University.
