Lauren Chiras

Lauren Chiras is an experienced manager and technical writer with a diverse background spanning the restaurant and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a manager at Mellow Mushroom since September 2022, responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and customer service. Concurrently, Lauren has been with Koniag Government Services as a technical writer since June 2021, where important contributions include creating a resource document for acronyms and managing internal documentation. Previous roles encompass volunteering with North Carolina Education Corps, technical writing positions at Vertex Inc. and InsPro Technologies, and extensive experience in the restaurant industry, culminating in a sous chef role.
