Mark Lueck

Mark Lueck has extensive experience in strategic IT, program management, and software development. Mark is currently serving as the Director of Strategic IT at Koniag Government Services since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Koniag Government Services, Mark worked at BST Global as a Manager of Platform & Integration Projects from 2018 to 2021. Mark was responsible for managing various projects and ensuring the smooth integration of platforms.

From 2011 to 2018, Mark held multiple roles at ASRC Federal Vistronix. Mark served as a Senior Manager & Pega Practice Lead, where they managed cross-project teams, established DevOps practices, and led successful UI modernization efforts. Additionally, they worked as an IT Infrastructure Lead, overseeing a multi-million-dollar project for deploying conference room endpoint systems and managing the agency's IT budget.

Prior to that, Mark worked at Focused Management, Inc. as a Lead Architect, where they designed and implemented enterprise-level video conferencing infrastructure and developed unified communications and mobility strategies for USDA. Mark also served as a Senior Architect, focusing on ICAM & HSPD-12 initiatives.

Mark's career began at n-Link, where they worked as a Systems Integrator, specializing in Identity and Access Management. Mark supported the design and maintenance of the USDA eAuthentication solution and provided expertise to development teams on authentication and integration.

Overall, Mark Lueck has a proven track record in managing IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, implementing innovative solutions, and driving strategic initiatives.

Mark Lueck obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in IT Management from The George Washington University School of Business, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University, attending from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they have achieved various certifications throughout their career, including Certified SAFe® 6 Practitioner and Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc., Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute, CIO Certification from the U.S. Federal CIO Council, and Project Management Professional (PMP) also from the Project Management Institute.
