Steven Kutscher has an extensive background in contract management and finance. Steven began their career at L-3 Communications in 1999 as a Contracts/Finance Manager and stayed until 2004. Steven then moved on to Innovative Concepts, Inc. and served as the Director of Contracts for a year. Following that, they joined Vangent, Inc. in the same role and remained there until 2007. From 2007 to 2018, they worked at DynCorp International as the Director of Contracts. Most recently, they have been with Koniag Government Services, first as the Director of Contracts from 2018 to 2019, and currently as the Vice President of Contracts.

Steven Kutscher holds an MBA from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business, which they obtained from 2000 to 2003.
