Janissa Johnson

Janissa Johnson is the current Director at Koniag. Janissa has held this position since April of 2014. Prior to their current role, Janissa worked as an External Affairs Associate for ASRC from February 2010 to April 2014. Before that, they were employed at In & Out Automotive. From August 2008 to January 2010, Janissa worked as a Corporate Communications Associate for Alutiiq, LLC. From August 2006 to August 2008, they were a Program Specialist for the Koniag Education Foundation.

Janissa Johnson has a certificate in bartending from AK Bar Stars Professional Bartending School, merchant mariner credentials from Alaska's Nautical Training School, a masters in business administration and management from the University of Alaska Southeast, and a bachelors in business administration and management from the University of Alaska Anchorage College of Business and Public Policy.
