Gert Lambers

Gert Lambers has extensive work experience in various roles at different companies. Gert started their career at Aurelium NV as a Sales Consultant, where they were responsible for converting customer needs into infrastructure concepts. Gert then became the Manager Consultant Business Perspective at Aurelium, focusing on the business aspects of consulting. Later, they founded and served as the Zaakvoerder at SoToCon. Gert also worked as a Conversation Manager at AureliumClub, where they developed and managed internal and external conversations. Lambers joined Aurelium - IT Services by Konica Minolta as an HR Manager, and later held roles as Manager People, Processes, and Tools, Chief Commercial & Talent Officer, and Marketing Director. Currently, they serve as the Marketing Director at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Belgium and Konica Minolta Business Solutions Nederland BV.

Gert Lambers completed their Licentiaat in de Politieke en Sociale Wetenschappen, specializing in Communicatiewetenschap, from the University of Antwerp between 1994 and 1999. Later, they pursued an Executive MBA from UAMS from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Gert obtained certifications such as the Leadership Development Program from Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH (anticipated in 2023), Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales from Pearson in 2017, and a Project Management: Prince2 Foundation certification.
