Ole Maaz

Ole Maaz has a diverse work experience in various marketing and communications roles. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Assistant to the Managing Director Sales & Marketing at BÖLLHOFF Group. From 2009 to 2013, they joined GISMA Business School and served as a Manager Corporate Accounts, later promoted to Director Marketing & Market Communications. Since 2013, Maaz has been working at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH, starting as a Specialist Marketing Communications and progressing to Team Manager Marketing Communications and Manager Marketing & Corporate Communications. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Branding, Marketing & Corporate Communications.

Ole Maaz has a diverse education history. Ole obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Leibniz Universität Hannover, specializing in International Management, from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Business Administration, earning a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) degree from Hochschule Bielefeld from 2002 to 2007. In 2005, they participated in an international management and marketing program at Tampere University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, they have pursued several executive education certificates, including the European Leadership Development Programme from Konica Minolta in 2021, the Lead 2 Shape Leadership Program from Konica Minolta in 2018-2019, the Essentials of Leadership program from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2017, and the Marketing in a Digital World program from Imperial College Business School in 2016. Ole also completed the Junior Leadership Program from Konica Minolta in 2015.
