Ondřej Matula

Ornella Dalmazzo is an experienced consultant with a background in administration, health, and finance. Since January 2009, Ornella has held the position of Consultant at D&Asoc. Consultores. Previous roles include serving as Head of Administration at O.S. from December 2017 to November 2020, and a brief tenure as a Consultant for the Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires in late 2017. Ornella has also worked as an expert consultant in Acquisitions and Human Resources for the Ministerio de Industria between November 2014 and February 2016, and as a Specialist Consultant in Financial Planning and Management Control for OIM in 2015. Additional experience includes assisting in operational management at the Ministry of Health of the Nation from January 2013 to October 2014 and various roles in financial operations and junior consulting prior to 2013. Ornella holds a degree in Public Accounting from the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas - Universidad de Buenos Aires and a diploma in Analysis and Management of Social Security and Prepaid Medicine from Instituto Universitario de la 'Fundación ISALUD'.
