Frans Visser is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in engineering management and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Specialist Technisch Beheer at KPN since January 2016, Frans also holds the position of Senior System Specialist at Koning & Hartman, where responsibilities include the maintenance and management of various voice and data networks.
