Florain Verheijen

Florain Verheijen is a cultural manager and program curriculum advisor at Koning Willem I College since September 2021, also serving as the coordinator for ICT and creative industry internships. Verheijen has held various roles in the arts sector, including a recent position on the advisory committee for amateur arts in Provincie Noord-Brabant. A diverse background in production management spans over two decades as a freelance production manager, scenographer, and senior creative producer for organizations such as Nederlandse Dansdagen and Danshuis Station Zuid. Additionally, Verheijen has experience in education, having taught visual research and stage and costume design at L.O.T and Fontys Hogescholen. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in scenography from Central Saint Martins and a Bachelor's degree in theatre design from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
