Arjen Aalbers is an experienced project manager currently serving at Zinzia Zorggroep as Projectmanager groot onderhoud, overseeing substantial maintenance projects for healthcare facilities aimed at creating sustainable living environments for vulnerable seniors. In parallel, Arjen is involved with Koninklijk Theater Carré as Projectmanager verduurzaming gebouw en installaties, where support is provided for the sustainability ambitions related to existing installations. Arjen also operates independently as a Zelfstandig projectmanager and has a long-standing volunteer role as Coördinator theatertechniek at Coornhert Lyceum. With a diverse background in audio-visual services as the Owner of Arnaka and extensive managerial experience at Nieuw Unicum, Radio Bloemendaal, and other companies, Arjen brings a wealth of knowledge in technical services, safety management, and building development. Arjen holds multiple degrees in electronics, management, and specialized training in fire safety, financial management, and care maintenance.
