Hanna Tiel currently serves as Team Leader of Customer Service at Koninklijke Bibliotheek (KB), the national library, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Hanna Tiel held several positions at Pathé Theatres B.V. from February 2010 to September 2023, including Manager of Customer Care, Manager of Service, and Supervisor. Earlier experience includes participation as a member of the mediation council at Berlage Lyceum and as a member of the common mediation council at esprit scholengroep from September 2007 to July 2009. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s Degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Amsterdam.
