Jurgen van Oostenrijk

Jurgen van Oostenrijk is an experienced professional in the field of functional management and ICT consultancy, currently serving as a Functioneel beheer at Koninklijke Bibliotheek since February 2024. Previously held roles include Functioneel Consulent O&S at Universiteit Leiden, ICT-adviseur at Hogeschool Leiden, and ICTO Coördinator at Utrecht University, where Jurgen was involved in various educational technologies such as Blackboard, online evaluations, and digital assessments.
