Maria Vermeer

Maria Vermeer has extensive experience in the library sector, currently serving as Webcare at Koninklijke Bibliotheek (KB) since August 2014. Previously, Maria worked at Bibliotheek Helmond-Peel from October 2005 to November 2022, holding roles such as Account Manager for PR and Communication, and Account Manager for the Digital Library, specializing in iPad and Twitter workshops. Prior positions include Local Library Manager at Bibliotheek Someren and Librarian and Head of the Study Room at Bibliotheek Doetinchem. Maria's education includes a degree as a Social Media Professional from NOMC and various certifications and degrees related to library management and services.
