Mark Scholten

Mark Scholten currently serves as an Adviseur ICT-bedienbaarheid en toegankelijkheid at Ministerie van BZK - SSC-ICT CTO Servicestrategie, providing strategic direction on ICT services for employees with disabilities in the Dutch government since January 2017. Additionally, Mark is an Adviseur audiolezen at Koninklijke Bibliotheek, contributing as a member of the Lezersraad for the Bibliotheekservice Passend Lezen since June 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an ICT adviseur at SSC-ICT and Productmanager at Ministerie van BZK - DWR, along with various positions at KPN from 1992 to 2008, including manager Ketenmanagement eHRM and Functional Consultant for the corporate website. Mark holds a degree in Technische Computerkunde from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, with earlier studies in Mathematics at Utrecht University.
