Oki U. currently holds the positions of Functioneel Beheerder for the Library Services Platform and Integration Layer at Koninklijke Bibliotheek, where responsibilities include managing legacy Java applications and Apache Solr, as well as providing user support for internal customers. With prior experience as an Implementation Consultant and Technical Support Analyst at Ex Libris, Oki U. specialized in SaaS software implementations, customer training, and technical support across multiple languages. Oki U. also contributed to academic research as a PhD candidate at Radboud University and gained experience in user support and cataloging through various internships at institutions such as Bayerischer Rundfunk and Bayerische Staatsbibliothek.
