David Vergara

David Vergara is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the marine works industry, currently serving as the Regional Manager for Boskalis in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean since July 2018. Prior to this role, David held various positions at ACCIONA, including Marine and Hydraulic Works Business Development Director, Panama Country Director, and Project Director from June 1998 to June 2018. David holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an MBA from EOI Business School, demonstrating a strong foundation in both technical and business management skills.
