Andrew Mwange has extensive experience in environmental management within the mining sector. Currently serving as a Sustainability Assurance Officer at Konkola Copper Mines plc since December 2010, Andrew has held various positions including Environmental Coordinator - Nchanga Smelter and Document Controller (Assistant Project Engineer), contributing to significant projects such as the Nchanga Expansion. Prior experience includes a role as Environmental Officer at Chambishi Copper Smelter, where responsibilities encompassed designing environmental management systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Andrew began their career with an attachment at African Mining Consultants and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Copperbelt University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
