Hong W.

Hong W. has worked in the professional field since 1993. In that time, they have held various roles in different companies. From 1993 to 2007, they were an English Language Teacher at Shijiazhuang Foreign Language Education Group. Hong then moved to Konnech Inc., where they were a Service and Support Manager from 2007 to 2018. During this time, they also worked at The University of Auckland, where they were a Research Support Librarian, Subject Librarian, and Library Applications Administrator from 2011 to 2018. Most recently, they have been a Documentation Manager at Konnech Inc. since 2018.

Hong W. has a diverse educational background. In 1989, they received a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Hebei Normal University. Hong then pursued a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida, which they completed in 2007. In 2007, they also began studying Computer Sciences and Support Services at Lansing Community College and completed their studies there in 2009. Additionally, Hong W. has obtained four certifications from Coursera in 2018, including Creating Dashboards and Storytelling with Tableau, Essential Design Principles for Tableau, Visual Analytics with Tableau, and Fundamentals of Visualization with Tableau.
