Steve Rand

Steve Rand is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Most recently, Steve served as the Director of Product Design and Senior Product Design Lead at Konovo from January 2021 to September 2023, overseeing user experience and interface initiatives across engineering scrum teams. Prior to that, Steve was a Senior Product Designer at InCrowd, Inc. from January 2018 to December 2020, where collaboration with product and engineering teams was key in developing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
