Rick Gallant

Rick Gallant possesses extensive experience in production management, currently serving as Production Manager at Konstant since June 2020. Previously, Rick held the position of Shift Supervisor at Slacan Industries for a brief period in early 2020, where responsibilities included scheduling and ensuring quality compliance in a union environment. Prior to that, Rick was Production Lead at Metl-Span, managing all shop floor activities, including scheduling and quality assurance, from March to December 2019. Rick's career at Canadian General Tower spanned from December 2013 to February 2019 as General Supervisor, contributing to a solid foundation in leadership and production efficiency.
