Andersen started their career at VeritasHealthCare, Inc. where they were a sales representative. Niels then transitioned to KAMedData where they were the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2006, they joined KontactDirect as the President & CEO. KontactDirect was acquired by KontactIntelligence, Inc. in 2010 and Andersen continued to lead the company as President & CEO.

Under Andersen’s leadership, KontactIntelligence has become a leading provider of healthcare data and analytics solutions. The company has helped thousands of organizations make better decisions about their patients, providers, and payers.
