Kathleen Gaines has a BA in International Relations from Boston University. Kathleen has extensive experience in global operations, account management, employee engagement, and program coordination. Kathleen has held positions at organizations such as The KonTerra Group, USAID Staff Care Center, CARE USA, and Landmine Survivors Network. As Chief of Staff, Kathleen played a key role in the development of the USAID Staff Care Center, which serves thousands of clients worldwide.
