Michael Wolfe

Michael Wolfe is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in organizational leadership and development, particularly within humanitarian contexts. Currently, as a Consultant at The KonTerra Group since February 2021, Michael focuses on enhancing organizational clarity, resilience, and ongoing learning. Previously, as Interim Country Director and Country Director at World Vision, Michael provided executive leadership for multi-sectoral development and disaster management programs, notably during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional roles encompassed strategic initiatives management and direct project oversight in various geographic regions, emphasizing community-led approaches to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) initiatives. Michael's academic background includes a Master's degree in Engineering - Development Technologies from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University.
