Jeff Payne

Jeff Payne has a significant amount of experience in the field of HR technology and systems integration. Jeff worked as a Sr. Director of HR Technology at KontoorBrands, where they were responsible for integrations between the Workday product and various other systems. Jeff also led global and regional support teams for complex data loads and report creation. Prior to that, they worked at VF Corporation as a Manager of HR Systems Integrations & Analysis, where they had similar responsibilities. Before that, they worked at Asurion as a Taleo System Administrator & TA Specialist. Jeff also has experience in recruitment and staffing, having held roles such as Branch Manager at Manpower Professional and Technical/Professional Recruiter at Manpower Professional. Jeff began their career as a Staffing Supervisor at Manpower, Inc.

Jeff Payne received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completing their studies from 1987 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including being a Red Ribbon Member of Oracle Applications Customer Connect in 2016 and various certifications from Workday in 2014.
