Nicole Acker

Nicole Acker serves as the Vice President of Lee Merchandising for U.S. and Canada at Kontoor Brands, Inc. since August 2025. Previously, Nicole held the position of Vice President of Product Management for Champion North America, where focus was on elevating product strategy and enhancing margins. Prior roles include Vice President of Owned eCommerce and Retail Innerwear at Hanesbrands Inc., responsible for significant profit improvement and operational restructuring, as well as Director of Omni-Channel Planning at Kohl's, contributing to customer experience enhancement for a division exceeding $1 billion. Nicole has a solid background in inventory and merchandise management across various companies, including The Bon Ton Stores Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandising from Northern Arizona University.
