Tom Doerr

Tom Doerr is EVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for Kontoor Brands, Inc. Doerr oversees fundamental legal and business functions such as compliance, legal strategy, issues identification, crisis management and global trademarks and intellectual property oversight. Doerr also serves as counsel to the Board of Directors.

Doerr has more than 20 years of experience in compliance, litigation, risk management and other corporate matters for global, publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Kontoor Brands in 2022, Doerr served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary and Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at The Manitowoc Company, Inc. He also served as Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Jason Industries, Inc. and Associate General Counsel at The Manitowoc Company, Inc.

Doerr earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas and his law degree from the Marquette University Law School.
