Sam Davis

Sam Davis is a dedicated professional with a background in surveying and environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Surveyor at Kontor since April 2023, Sam previously worked as a Graduate Surveyor at HEDGE Real Estate from March 2022 to April 2023, focusing on modern space utilization. Prior experience includes a role as an Environmental Engineer at J P Chick & Partners Ltd from June 2017 to September 2020, where Sam developed skills in time and team management through ground investigations and Flood Risk Assessments. Earlier experience at Waitrose & Partners in customer service complemented Sam's academic foundation, which includes a Master's degree in International Real Estate and Planning from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Planning from Newcastle University.
