Ade Ayu is a highly skilled legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Associate at Kontrak Hukum, responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex contracts and conducting in-depth legal research on regulatory compliance. Previously, as Corporate Legal Counsel at SuperApp, Ade authored and negotiated over 300 contracts annually while managing permits and licenses in the Cosmetics and FMCG industries. Additional experience includes managing corporate governance at PT. Pelayaran Nasional Ekalya Purnamasari, overseeing legal and governance matters at AIESEC in Surabaya, and providing legal support at AMP & Partners Law Firm and Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia. Ade holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universitas Hang Tuah Surabaya.
