Matt DeLille has extensive work experience in various roles within the electronics industry. Matt is currently serving as the Director of Product Development at KontrolFreek / SteelSeries, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Product Development at KontrolFreek starting from February 2016. Before joining KontrolFreek, Matt co-founded Echo Echo Electronics, LLC in 2013, where they served as the Managing Partner. In this role, they focused on strategic sourcing, logistics assistance, and promoting electronic recycling initiatives.
Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Matt worked at AIM Technical Consultants as a Senior Program Manager in 2013. In this role, they managed multiple wireless industry support programs and conducted radio and network inventory audits.
Their earlier career includes leadership positions at Digital Blue where they served as the Vice President of Product Development & Operations from April 2010 to December 2012. Matt also held the role of Director of Product Development at Digital Blue from March 2009 to April 2010. Before joining Digital Blue, they worked as a Senior Project Manager - Audio Electronics at the same company from February 2007 to March 2009.
Additionally, Matt has worked at Micro Electronics Incorporated in various roles. These include Product Development Manager at the International Products Sourcing Group from 2003 to November 2006, Product Development Supervisor at WinBook Corporation from 1999 to 2003, and Sustaining Engineer from 1996 to 1999. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Applications Engineer at PowerSpec Computers from 1995 to 1996, and as a Technical Support Representative at Micro Center from 1994 to 1995.
Matt DeLille began their education journey in 1988 at The Ohio State University, where they studied Foreign Languages and Literatures until 1992. In 1997, they briefly attended Columbus State University, focusing on Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Later, in 2001, Matt enrolled at Thomas Edison State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, specializing in Liberal Studies. In 2015, they obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Lean Professional (SSLP) from the Management and Strategy Institute.
